In active build · onboarding a small number of UK teams
ARKIN is an AI-native, compliance-first platform for UK healthcare — one sovereign system in place of the endless stack of clinical, HR, finance, compliance and admin tools. Designed by a nurse with sixteen years in the system, not a boardroom.
Most practices stitch together a patient platform, a separate HR and compliance suite, finance tools, advertising, legal drafting — each one a subscription, none of them talking to each other. ARKIN replaces the sprawl with a single sovereign system where every business area is owned by a named agent and orchestrated by ARKIN Core.
Run the practice from a single command layer instead of fifteen logins.
Built around what regulators actually ask of you, by someone who has sat on the receiving end of it.
A first-class product in its own right — not a bolt-on to the practice tool. A locked door: only verified UK registrant professionals and healthcare students get in. The idea is simple and personal — a professional with a good AI platform behind them achieves more than one without, and does it without putting their registration at risk.
The specialists defer to you, the registered professional — they never replace your judgement.
ARKIN was not built by bolting AI onto old software to charge more for it. The agents are the system. They coordinate under shared guardrails, and a person stays in the loop on anything that matters.
Runs in isolation in the UK. No shared databases, no co-mingling, no data leaving approved jurisdictions.
Every agent action is recorded in a cryptographic, hash-chained ledger — if a record is altered, the chain shows it.
Agents draft and propose. Consequential actions wait in an approval queue for a person to decide. Nothing self-enacts.
ARKIN is in active build, onboarding a small number of UK teams. We widen access only as each part is reviewed.
ARKIN is not a single chatbot. It is a coordinated team of twelve specialist agents, each with one well-scoped job, working under one shared rulebook. ARKIN Core sits in the middle as the orchestrator — it never holds an agent's expertise itself, it routes each task to the right specialist, carries the result back, and keeps a full audit trail. Anything sensitive stops and waits for a human to approve it. Clinical-facing work always defers to a registered practitioner by design.
The orchestrator and router. It receives every request, decides which specialist owns it, passes work between agents under shared rules, and records each step. It holds no domain logic of its own — its job is coordination, audit and order.
The gatekeeper. Janus controls who and what gets in and out — access, intake and egress, request triage and boundary enforcement. Nothing reaches the rest of the network without passing through it first.
Compliance and data protection, applied equally across practices and professionals. Eve covers UK GDPR, the DPA 2018, ICO guidance and the DSPT, and routes erasure and subject-access requests. She is the reason the platform is compliance-first rather than corporate-first.
The conscience. Arthur cross-checks every marketing and clinical claim for truth and UK-regulatory safety before it is ever published. A claim that cannot be sourced or that fails the check is blocked and logged — no exceptions.
Counsel. Themis handles legal interpretation, contracts and the reading of UK regulation. It drafts reasoned legal analysis for human review — it never issues settled legal advice or acts on its own.
HR and people. Cassia manages recruitment, contracts and onboarding with UK employment-law awareness — the kind of standalone HR and compliance tooling practices juggle today, brought in-house and AI-native.
Finance and treasury. Midas models cashflow, runway, pricing mechanics and costs. Pricing here is cost mechanics, not financial advice — the numbers are shown with their workings, never as a recommendation to act on.
The messenger. Hermes drafts outbound, campaign and website copy — advertising and marketing in one place. Every draft it produces still passes Arthur's truth-check before anything goes live.
Outreach. Aura handles first contact — patient and lead engagement, enquiry handling and nurture — so no enquiry is dropped and every reply stays consistent and on-record.
Knowledge. Logos curates the knowledge base and retrieves grounded reference material, so every other agent answers from a single, sourced body of truth rather than guessing.
Stewardship. Hestia looks after the housekeeping — internal operations, resource care and continuity — the quiet work that keeps everything running between tasks.
Infrastructure. Zenith watches systems health, deployment posture and technical resilience, so the platform stays up, current and safe to build on.
Vision. Iris handles long-range strategy — foresight, scenario framing and direction-setting — keeping the day-to-day work pointed at where the system is going next.
No agent works alone. A single request is triaged, routed, drafted, checked and recorded as it moves across the network — and a person stays in control of anything that carries weight. Here is what that looks like in practice.
That is the whole idea: twelve specialists doing one job each, a human holding the final say, and a complete audit trail underneath — compliance built in from the first line, not bolted on at the end.
I have spent sixteen years as a mental health nurse. I have lived inside the system — the rota gaps, the audits, the endless software that each promised to fix one thing and mostly just added another login and another invoice. I watched guidelines get bent to suit the organisation rather than the patient, and watched good people carry the risk for decisions that were never really theirs to carry.
ARKIN is my answer to that. Not AI bolted onto old software to charge more for it, but a healthcare platform that is AI-native and compliance-first by design — built to protect the professional and the patient first, and to make every decision traceable. I use it in my own practice every day, because a clinician with a good platform behind them is safer, calmer and more capable than one without. That is the whole point.
